Product Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Little Star BD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return, Refund, Exchange, Product Checking, and Cancellation policies carefully before placing an order.
When Can You Ask for Return, Replacement, or Exchange?
You may request a return, replacement, or exchange under the following conditions:
Change of mind (for any reason)
If you don’t like the product quality
If the product is damaged or defective
If the size is incorrect
Replacement / Exchange Policy
You must request a replacement or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Replacement/exchange is applicable only for regular-priced items. Discounted or clearance items are not eligible.
Once your request is approved, you must send the product back to Little Star BD’s warehouse at your own cost.
The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, invoice, and packaging intact.
After receiving the product, our team will perform a quality check.
Upon successful quality verification, the replacement or exchange product will be shipped.
No refund is issued for replacement or exchange cases.
If a replacement/exchange is not possible (e.g., product out of stock), you may return the product for a refund within the eligible timeframe.
For damaged or defective items, customers must provide clear photographic evidence to speed up the resolution process.
Return & Refund Policy
Refund processing starts after the returned product is received at Little Star BD’s warehouse and passes quality inspection.
Refunds are primarily made via bKash.
The product must be unused, with original tags, invoice, and packaging.
Customers must return the product using a courier service at their own responsibility and cost.
Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
The total refund process may take up to 10 working days.
In case of partial returns, only the returned product amount will be refunded.
If returned products are damaged, used, or missing original tags/packaging, no refund will be issued.
If the refund amount exceeds BDT 20,000, the refund will be processed through a banking channel.
Product Checking Policy
If you wish to check the product at the time of delivery, you must pay a product checking charge in advance:
BDT 80 – Inside Dhaka
BDT 120 – Outside Dhaka
If you decide not to accept or return the product after checking, please ensure:
The product is unused and unwashed
Original tags and packaging are intact
All freebies (if any) are returned
A copy of the original invoice is included
Cancellation Policy
Little Star BD aims to provide 100% customer satisfaction. Order cancellations are subject to the following terms:
Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped.
Once the product has been delivered, cancellation is not allowed.
You must contact us within 72 hours for return-related requests.
To cancel an order:
Log in to your Little Star BD account
Go to My Account → Orders
Select the order and click Cancel Order
Provide the reason and confirm
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation via email or mobile.
Little Star BD reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavoidable circumstances even after confirmation.
If advance payment was made, it will be refunded according to our refund policy.
